We first picked her some cucumbers.
She came ready for a real battle.
We planted two kinds...green
and white. Never seen a white watermelon. Maybe they will cross pollinate and we will get a pink one!
I found enough rock reound the yard to make a little melon wall around the entire bed. Don't tell murph but I still have some left.
We put hosta under the viburnum bush that Mark gave a haircut to.
I thnk it we will give the trumpet vine a haircut in the fall so it will come out fuller next spring. Maybe even remove the old section of splitrail fence if we can figure out how to get the piece of metal fencing out of the trunk.
Looks pretty good from here.
I fixed up a sign for the Goat Pen Garden.
