Every time we get a weather notification that were are expecting a storm I begin to pray that all of our hard work doesn't go up in smoke. We have had a few storms over the last couple of days and here are the results.
I lost a few zinnias.
Lots of the flowers just got laid over. Hopefully, when the sun comes out tomorrow they will perk up.
Two of the galdiolas got broken.
The zucchini plants got twisted around a bit.
The yellow squash got turned around a bit.
All in all, we were really fortunate that this is all that happened. We thought we were going to lose a limb from the oak tree. We heard two cracks. That would have been a disaster.
