Hmmmm, We Have A Slacker

We have 11 girls...but today only 10 eggs.  Someone better get busy, or else.

I Come Home To Find This

Those crazy girls.  I wondered where those eggs had disappeared to.  Michael found them!

And I found these three in the goat pen.

We gathered a two day total of 22 eggs.  That is a record I think with 11 girls.  But might just be that someone or two might be slacking.

If you need some eggs please feel free to pick a dozen or two.  Mark is putting them all out tomorrow morning on the deacon's bench on the front porch.  Come and get them!!!

Mark Is In A Panic

Mark called me this evening to say that the chickens are producing in overload!  We have eggs...who wants some.  Let us know!

Had To Chase Them All Over The Yard

 The sun comes out for a few days and the girls are back on track.  So if you need some eggs, let us know.

I tried to get a shot of everyone...ha ha...they like to run and hide for my phone camera.  Guess I'll need to get out the big camera the next pretty day we have and stalk them from behind the bushes.

The Boys Out To Play

Boogie couldn't wait for me to add the new water to the heated bucket in the pen.

This is not good if Pappy see this he will skin us all.

Maybe just one more little nibble.

Now, this is funny...Sunny is in the goat pen and Boot is on the outside looking in.

Did you know that these two were a set of triplets?  The other one didn't make it.  You can tell because they really stick together.

Boogie loves to run and jump and headbutt the other two.

Don't look now but she's a little happy...the sun is out!  And 4 of the 11 girls are laying.
