This is he dirtiest chicken on the farm.  her face and head are always covered in something.

I think Judy is stretching to see if she can be as tall as the big girls.

 

 

Esthelle, The Quiet Type

Caught cha'.

I love it when they fluff all up and shake it all out.  Hard to photograph though.

She has become a 'petter'.  I read that if when you go to pet them, they lay down that means that they are laying hens.  Some one of the brown eggs belongs to her.

She's A Wide Load

Esthelle is another one of the Big Girls that we think might be an egg layer already.

She is a wide one!  So silky soft.  And very personable.  She and Susie are big buddies, just like it was in real life.

Se loves to eat out of your hand and perch on the chair beside you.  Never one not to be noticed.
